The President of India approved the AP Act, 2015 No.16. The Act is enable the government to recover the ill-gotten assets of public servants.

The much awaited Act in the back drop of TDP goverment’s claim particularly Mr. Naidu’s to take over the attatched properties of YSR congress leader Mr.Jagan  which includes the Sakshi Media House under attachment by the ED.

The Act was first enacted by Odisha in 2006 later in Bihar to attatch the properties of the government servants in dispropotionate assets cases with an intention to see that the beneficiaries of ill-gotten property do not enjoy themselves during the trial.
