The Supreme Court has seriously viewed of the inaction of the state governments to remove unauthorised religious shrines, whether they may be Hindu temples, Mosques or Churches.
The court warns the states of summoning the Chief secretaries if they fail to reply in two weeks. Construction of shrines near drains and selling tobacco products is an insult to the Almighty.
