Big Applauds to the verdict of Nirbhaya case

On Friday, the Supreme court has confirmed death of four convicts in Nirbhaya gang rape case in Delhi. The verdict received loud applause in the court room. Soon after the news broke that the supreme court has upheld death penalty for the four men accused in the Nirbhaya rape case, social media exploded with comments.

Bollywood stars too tweeted about it. Raveena Tandon, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu and Vishal Dadlani were among those who took to Twitter to applaud the decision.
Varun Dhawan tweeted, Even hanging the 4 criminals is not enough justice but it should serve as a reminder that how India deals with this crime Nirbhayaverdict.
Taapsee Pannu, who acted in Pink film,” At last, justice delayed is not always justice denied! Wish there was a more cruel way to make em feel the pain they evoked Nirbhayaverdict.
Raveena Tandon tweeted, May her tears flow No more.. may the mothers daughter finally rest in peace.. may all evil know there is a price to pay.

Vishal Dadlani stated, Justice for #Nirbhaya. Nothing has changed, since that horrific and murderous night, though. Are women ANY safer? If not, shame on us all.
Arpita Khan tweeted, Jyoti ‘Nirbhaya’ you will always be remembered. May your soul RIP. There is a God above (sic).
Neha Sharma tweeted, Justice for Nirbhaya won’t be complete till the time the ‘juvenile’ Mohd Afroz the most brutal one is roaming free. He should be hanged first (sic).
