China the dragon wants to encircle India from all sides. China has been endevouring to encircle India by water and land ways. Its movements are found in Srilanka, Pakisthan and Nepal.
China extends its economic help to the enemies of India. China has been trying to turn our friendly nations towards it. It has put its eyes on the Indian ocean. It also extends its helping hand to the terrorists against India.
Though India is an non alligned country it has no alternative except to approach America. America is ready to accept to build aeroplane carrying warships in India. India has also agreed to utilise land and air based installations by America. China is held responsible for this state of affairs.
