The Supreme court exorted the Maharastra state government not to obstruct in issuing bar licenses and not to misutilise its power.
The Maharastra state governement has restricted the establishment of dance bars one kilometer from the educational instituitions. The Supreme Court stated that dancing in bars is better than begging on the streets. Dance is a proffession and if there is any obnoxios, the government can take necessary action.
