The National consumer disputes redressal commission has directed EMAAR, NGF land limited and Builders EMAAR Hills Township pvt ltd to return the amount for those who have paid for the flats.
While granting relief to an aged woman, the commission directed EMAAR to return the amount of Rs.1.93 crores with a rate of 10% interest.
