The captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore Virat Kohli has been fined up to Rs.12 lakhs. The match referee Mr. Chinmayee Sarma said that Bangalore has bowled two overs less than the stipulated time.

As Kohli has violated the IPL over rate rules, he is fined. This is the first time for him to be fined in this season.
