Odisha Government On Demanding Centre To Stop AP’s Polavaram Project

It seems that would be a noteworthy hit to the Andhra Pradesh state government, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik has demanded PM Modi to stop the development of Polavaram venture right away. Polavaram is conceded by Godavari Water Dispute Tribunal. The undertaking will flood three lakh hectares in AP and produce 960MW of hydropower. The Andhra Pradesh government is yet to respond on Odisha CM’s letter.
