On the recommendation of Enforcement Directorate, Foreign affairs ministry has taken a decission to cancell the passport of Mr. Vijaya Malya.

Hence, the rope around the neck of Mr. Malya is being tightened. Mr. Malya has evaded Rs.9,400 crores for which he is the prime accused.

Special court of Mumbai has already served non bailable warant on Mr.Malya for resorting to economic irregularities and money laundering. The Sunday times in its news bulletin has stated that Mr. Malya is in the voter list of U.K.
