President rule abolilshed in Uttarakhand ….HC

President’s rule in Uttarakhand cancelled by HC.Mr.Harish Rawaath the C.M of Uttarakhand has filed a petetion against the imposition of President”s rule in Uttarakhand imposed by the Central government.

The petetion has come for hearing in the High Court today. Keeping article 356 aside, the H.C has cancelled the President’s rule in Uttarakhand.
