Rahul Gandhi enjoys Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Sabha

Seeking for special category status to Andhra Pradesh, a public meeting was held at ‘Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Sabha’ to which YSR Congress party President Y S JaganMohan Reddy and Jana Sena party Chief Pawan Kalyan was not present, made all disappointment.

The meeting was addressed by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi. He described the special category status as a right of the people. The ruling TDP and Opposition parties of the state were hell bent on denying the people of their right is wondering thing. He stated that Both Naidu and Jagan are scared of Mr.Modi and that’s the reason they are unable to fight for special category status. He said the special status was a right given to AP by the PM on behalf of Parliament.

He stated that special status is not a gift, but it is their right. He clarified about the funds that normally 70 Percent loans and 30 per cent grants as funds from the Central government to a state. But, the state receives 90 per cent of those funds as grants. It means AP stands to benefit several thousands of crores of rupees.
