Showing a similarity with the Pandava-Kaurava tussle in the epic Mahabharata, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said on Friday that the battle between his party and the BJP in Gujarat was one amongst “truth and lies”, where the fact of the matter is on the Congress’ side.

Congress Vice president said while the modi was equipped with his “administration, police, armed force, governments in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh”, he had truth on his side and we don’t require anything other than truth. The battle is amongst truth and lies.

Kauravas had an enormous armed force, weapons, and Pandavas just had truth and that’s it. I might want to disclose to you that we just have truth and that’s it, Rahul Gandhi said at a rally at Nana Pondha town in the tribal-ruled Valsad locale.

Gandhi continued crusading in the election bound state subsequent to coming back from Rae Bareli where he had traveled to meet the casualties of boiler blast at a NTPC power plant.

Narendra Modi has flopped in giving occupations to the youth, and as opposed to making two crore employments consistently as guaranteed by him, just a single lakh employments are being produced a year, Gandhi said.

Rahul Gandhi likewise blamed Modi for lying over the guarantee of storing 15 lakh in each individual’s record by bringing back black money reserved abroad. The Congress government will stick to truth, regardless of the possibility that it is unpalatable, Gandhi said.

What has said by the six crore individuals of Gujarat is not quite the same as what is being said by these three-four individuals and their industrialist friends who run the state, he said. Reality of Gujarat has nothing to do with reality of BJP.

He stated, asserting that farmers, tribals, Patidars and Dalits were altogether bothered due the BJP government’s strategies. Reality of Gujarat is joblessness among young people, troubles looked by farmerss, expensive private schooling and human services, debasement and robbery of land.

What’s more, reality of BJP is benefits stashed by five-ten corporates, robbery of land and water, and toffee of 35,000 crore for the sake of Nano (clear reference to an advance for Tata Nano plant), and ‘suit-bootki yaari’ (closeness to corporates), Congress vice president said Rahul gandhi said.
