Few days back Sonia Gandhi blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for deferring the winter session of Parliament as he did not have the mettle to confront the House in the wake of neglecting to accomplish wanted outcomes with Demonetisation and GST.
BJP can’t escape protected responsibility in front of Gujarat Assembly Polls by deferring Parliament Sessions. Government isn’t holding the Winter Session to maintain a strategic distance from the inquiries on Corruption and Conflict of enthusiasm of Union Ministers,  Congress chief Sonia Gandhi claimed.
In answer, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley reminded Sonia Gandhi that even Congress Party postponed Parliament Session previously. He advised rescheduling Parliament Sessions to maintain a strategic distance from cover with elections isn’t going on out of the first time.
While UPA remained as most corrupt government in its decade long run, NDA gave the most legit government under Modi’s administration,’ pronounced Jaitley. At long last, Center has given a sign that timetable of the Winter Session of Parliament will be declared soon.
Regularly, Winter Session of Parliament occurs from third Week of November to third seven day stretch of December. Centre deferred the Winter Session because of Gujarat elections in December second week .
BJP general secretary Bhupender Yadav said in a statement that the Congress president was resorting to “diversionary tactics” fearing defeat in the Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly polls. Extending the Winter Session of Parliament beyond Christmas is not unusual, he said, citing precedents.
He also referred to Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s attendance in Parliament, which is nothing to be proud of, to hit out at the party’s record in Parliament. Under various prime ministers, the Winter Session had been extended beyond Christmas, Yadav said.
Similar situations were seen in 1981, 1990, 1993 and 2011. In fact, the Winter Session in 1990 began after Christmas, on 27th December 1990 and lasted till 11th January 1991, he said.
