Delhi based Tina Dabi aged 22 topped the civil services in the first attempt. Tina Dabi daughter of a telecom service officer stood first in the UPSC civil services exam.
She is a graduate from Lady Shri Ram college Delhi. Athat Amir from Jammu and Kashmir came second and Jasmeet Singh Sadhu who is an Indian Revenue Service officer came third.
75 candidates from both telugu states are qualified for the civils services. Chekuri Keerthi from Visakhapatnam IIT graduate Madras got 14th rank and Valluri Kranthi 65, Praveenya 82 are among the rank holders below100.
