AP CM Received Notices From High Court for illegal Constructions

Maintaining that demolitions will not serve the purpose of curbing the rampant illegal constructions in Flood plains of krishna river .Andhra Pradesh’s High Court on today served the notifications to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and other 57 members for illegal constructions in the flood plains of Krishna river.
Following of illegal constructions as been documented YSR party Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, After the petition of Mangalagiri MLA the High Court issued the notification and guided them to record counter petitions inside three weeks.
MLA Ramakrishna Reddy said in his request of that the river front guest house place of the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was infringing upon the River Conservancy Act, 1884.
It as to be seen that there is illegal construction of Andhra pradesh Chief minister N.Chandra babu naidu’s current residence was illegally constructed on the Krishna river flood plains in explicit infringement of laws that govern the protection of rivers.
Andhra pradesh Chief minister N.Chandra babu naidu had rented the habitation from Lingamaneni Group. Other illegal constructions in the zone have a place with Lingamaneni Ramesh, Narsapuram MP Gogaraju Gangaraju and naturopathy practitioner Manthena Satyanarayana Raju.
