AP Ministers Started Chandranna Christmas Kanuka distribution programme

In view of the coming festivals of Christmas and Sankranti, the Andhra Pradesh Government is distributing about six varieties of essential commodities under the Chandranna Kanuka scheme.
Civil Supplies Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao here on Wednesday said the State government would supply sugar through the reasonable value shops to ration card holders from the New Year .
Mr. Pulla Rao, alongside Ministers D. Umamaheswara Rao and K. Ravindra, propelled the Chandranna Christmas Kanuka conveyance program in Moghalrajpuram .
According to the event, Civil Supplies Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao stated, However the Central government doesn’t offer sponsorship on sugar, the State government is ready to give sugar to the poor through reasonable value shops from January 1 .
The Minister included that tur daal would be provided at 40 for every kg from February and that the State was likewise mulling over providing lamp kerosene .
On the event of Christmas and Sankranti , the State government is giving the Chandranna Kanuka, a pack of arrangements including wheat flour, palm oil, Bengal gram, jaggery and ghee, as indicated by authorities.
The Chandranna Christmas Kanuka will be dispersed beginning from January 1 to January 16. Area Collector B. Lakshmikantham said 3.20 lakh Chandranna Christmas Kanuka packs had been sent to the reasonable value shops, to be dispersed to the beneficiaries . Neighborhood MLA B. Umaheswara Rao and others were available .
