CBI Another Break for YS Jagan’s Padayatra

Recently CBI Court has suppressed the appeal to of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, a key accused in quid-pro-quo and DA cases, looking for consent for his nonattendance from the investigation so as to take part in Padayatra. Jagan had moved High Court before that directed Jagan Reddy to approach the CBI Court.
While Jagan looked for the permission to pardon him from going to by and by for the examination on quid-pro-quo and DA cases, CBI has contended this would postpone the investigation further.
The Nampally CBI Court has aggreed with the contention of the CBI. Despite the fact that the request on Jagan’s appeal to was finished last Friday, the court has given its decision today on Oct 23 .
With the CBI court now denying special permission to Jagan refraining from the continuous investigation, this is viewed as a noteworthy jolt to both Jagan and YSRCP party. Jagan has initially wanted to begin his Padayatra in October.
