Chandrababu, Jagan congratulate President-elect Kovind

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and leader of opposition Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on Thursday congratulated Ram Nath Kovind on his decision as the fourteenth President of India.
I am extremely cheerful that the hopeful I proposed has been chosen the President. Hailing from a lower class, Kovind rose to the most noteworthy post of the nation,” Chandrababu said in a message.
“Best wishes to the Hon Sri Ram Nath Kovind Garu, President of India. May the Indian democracy flourish under his capable authority,” the Chief Minister tweeted.
Jagan communicated happiness over the election of Kovind as President and said “with his rich involvement out in public life he would surely decorate the most constitutional post. Known for his high ethics and qualities, he would proceed with the lineage of stalwarts, who served the office with agility and statesmanship, the YSRC president included.
Kovind, the decision NDA coalition s applicant, was on Thursday elected as India’s fourteenth President with an overwhelming majority of votes from the country’s lawmakers.
