Government Chief Whip Gadikota Srikanth Reddy flayed Chandrababu Naidu for terming the YSRCP governance as ‘vicious’ and stated that TDP rule is quite barbaric, where every single person in the State witnessed that in the last 5-years.
Speaking to media personnel on Friday, Srikanth Reddy said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is relentlessly working for the weaker sections and spent over Rs 42,000 Crore in a span of one year towards welfare activities. “Our Chief Minister brought many remarkable initiatives like Rythu Bharosa, Nadu-Nedu, Amma Vodi, Vidhya Deevena and many more within one year of forming the government. Chandrababu Naidu who worked as Chief Minister for 14 years failed to develop one such project or initiative that benefits the public. Instead, he always relied on showing graphics, diverting funds, and corruption at all levels. While Jagan Mohan Reddy is being termed as one of the best Chief Ministers in the country, Naidu is making cheap remarks against the government filled with jealousy.”
He further challenged TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu to come for a discussion about the funds utilized for welfare schemes during both the governments. “Nearly four Crore people were directly benefited with government schemes and are quite elated over the transparent and hassle-free governance. We are ready to discuss the facts with figures and challenging Naidu to come and discuss with us starting from his own constituency Kuppam. Chandrababu Naidu is making false allegations on the State government without knowing the ground reality, by lounging in his 300 Crore worth bungalow in Hyderabad. He is least bothered about the public or their issues and all he needs is political mileage and his recent visit to the State proved it. People are not going to fall for the words of Naidu and they are certainly waiting to reject him in future elections.” he added.
