Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham has given a final offer to the Andhra Pradesh government CM Chandrababu Naidu to incorporate the Kapus under the BC classification before December 6.
Amid the meeting with the Kapu people group leaders in Visakhapatnam on Sunday, he said that the Andhra pradesh rulling Telugu desam party will be in charge of the ‘results’ if the BC status isn’t pronounced for the Kapus.
Expressing that the Telugu desam party government has neglected to stay faithful to it’s obligation even following three years of government, Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham specified that Andhra pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had tricked the Kapu people group by promising to incorporate them in BC class inside a six months of coming into control.
The Kapu leader stated that they have set December 6 as the last due date for chief minmister Chandrababu to satisfy his election guarantee.
Previous the Kapu leader had announced the 126-km padayatra for Kapus under the BC classification from Kirlampudi to Amaravati covering several villages and towns in 25 days demanding Kapu Reservation but the police informed that Mudragada had not sought permission to conduct the Padayatra .
December 6 is observed as the death anniversary of BR Ambedkar and the Kapu leader said that is why he has set it as the deadline for the government for inclusion of Kapus in the BC list. “We are only demanding Chandrababu Naidu to honour his election promise,” he said, adding that he would not rest until justice was done to Kapus.
