A swift political development has been happened in the state even two years before 2019 general elections. K. Mahesh Reddy son of Congress leader and former Minister Kasu Krishna Reddy switched loyalty to YSR Congress Party.
Mahesh Reddy has rushed to YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s residence in Lotus pond in Hyderabad. Political sources said that Mahesh will join YSRCP at a mammoth public meeting organized in his native town Narasarao peta in Guntur district on December 16. A large number of supporters of his father will also join YSR Congress in the meeting.
While, political sources said that senior Congress leader Krishna Reddy lost his dominance in his constituency as his son already developed a strong cadre on his own after Reddy was defeated in 2014 election. Mahesh will also be given the responsibility strengthening of YSR party in Guntur.
