Naidu appointment gets mixed response in TDP

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu has been appointed as Chairman of a special committee for suggesting the cashless transactions in the country catches the mixed responses from his own party Telugu Desam Party. A few leaders are welcoming the move as it’s a great opportunity for Babu to prove himself as a National leader with his Crisis Management Skills.

Equally a few in TDP are also opposing this political decision. If Naidu manages to overcome the situation, it won’t be a problem to him and his party, but if he fails what are the consequences is the debatable issue. A few are worried that if the committee succeeds, the credit may go to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and if the committee fails, the TDP leaders are worried that Modi and BJP could blame Chandrababu for the failure. Chittor MP Sivaprasad has openly told media that he fears that the centre may rub off its failures on Babu. The massive issue is still affecting the whole nation. From farmers to agricultural labor and daily wage employees to small-time businessmen and vegetable vendors to retailers to real-estate people, demonetization has hit the people very badly, Sivaprasad added.  On the other side, a few senior leaders in TDP said that Naidu is equally good at claiming success and taking the credit and push the same in media like no one else.
