The people’s leader is marching on despite an attack on his life on October 25 by a restaurant waiter at the VIP lounge of Visakhapatnam airport. Recently Senior most leader from Rayalaseema region C. Ramachandraiah has been appointed as YSR Congress Party Spokesperson and General Secretary.
He quit Congress and joined YSR Congress recently. Hailed from RaJampet Assembly constituency in Kadapa district, Ramachandraiah began his political career in 1981 . He served TDP in various capacities until joined PRP.
After the merger of PRP with Congress, the senior leader stayed in Congress. Opposing the Congress decision to sail with TDP, Ramachandraiah came out of the grand old party recently.
