Trains have been cancelled towards visakhapatnam due to floods

The railways have cancelled several trains for some more days due to the floods in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam district following heavy rains last week. Railway officials said here on thursday .
Attributable to the Flood circumstance in the North East, the Railway Authorities are showing much interest on potential precautions and have wiped out 24 trains travelling from North-Eastern parts of India.
Out of which, so many trains are calcelled upto till September 14. The express trains, starting in North Eastern States and destined for the south alongside those going in the arrival direction have been Cancelled off between September 8 and 16 in perspective of overwhelming rainfalls, causing ruptures.
Be that as it may, special trains have been provided by the railway authorities for the travelers to reach their destinations amongst Kanyakumari and Santragachhi to clear the rush .The Railway Board has decided to cancel all incoming trains from various parts of the country towards visakhapatnam Region .
Some of the trains are cancelled due to Floods are : Train no. 15629 Tambaram – Guwahati Express on September 11, 12507 Trivandrum Central – Guwahati Express on September 12, 22611 Chennai Central – New Jalpaiguri Express on September 13 and 15929 Tambaram – Dibrugarh Express on September 14.
From Andhra Pradesh Railway authorities are Rescheduled some of the trains that are : Train no. 12687 Madurai-Dehradun/Chandigarh Dehradun Express to leave at 1.15 a.m. on September 7 instead of 11.35 p.m. of September 6 due to late running of its pairing train. No. 07092 Raxaul – Secunderabad special train scheduled to depart Raxaul at 12.45 p.m. on September 8 will leave from Barauni (instead of Raxaul).
