Even with the josh of shifting the secretariat from Hyderabad to Amaravathi, Andhra Pradesh Speaker has announced that that new Assembly and Council buildings would be constructed by December 15 in Velagpudi.
He speaks to media with the state finance minister, Yanamala Ramakrishna after they together visited the construction works of temporary secretariat. They further added that winter sessions would be held in new capital this time and temporary accommodation facilities would be provided to the MLAs.Expressing happiness for state government employees returning to new capital from Hyderabad, the ministers said there would be some problems which would be solved soon.
