Karate Kalyani who was the character artist and comedy actress from telugu film industry is once again doing hulchal in news by giving a complaint in the CCS police on Thursday charging that a Bhakti channel was airing stories on her bringing down her pride in the general public.
Karate Kalyani asserted that Ramanananda Maharshi and the Shiva Shakthi Sai TV channel keep running by him ran a program that was derogatory and caused her psychological problem .
Karate Kalyani went to the police station alongside her counsel and said she performs ‘Harikatha’ programs on Lord Shiva and different gods . As of late, Karate Kalyani went over a program on YouTube posted by Shiva Shakthi Sai TV.
I was stunned on watching it . I never gave any meeting to the channel however they had gathered visuals from different sources , edited and utilized those”, Karate Kalyani charged.
She also accused the channel of collecting her visuals from various sources and editing it to malign her character, even though she had never given them a single interview. Accepting Karate Kalyani complaint , the guaranteed her that they would ask with the channel administration and make suitable move .
Earlier last year, veteran artist and TDP MP Murali Mohan had lashed out against YouTube channels and websites that were defaming film celebrities, while speaking at the Silver Jubilee celebrations of MAA.
Stating that such channels used extremely misleading titles and thumbnails, he accused them of doing it just for popularity. He also asked the state government to investigate the issue and book such channels.
