At last the process of immersion of Ganesh Idols in Hyderabad will going to happen today .There are lots of confusion of Ganesh idols Nimajjan day ,citing different reasons . Ganesh Chaturthi is a 10-day festival during which an idol of Lord Ganesha is brought home or to public pandals.
This year, the festival started on August 25. Main immersion will be on September 5 from 11am onwards. Arrangements for immersion have been made at all the immersion spots at hyderabad .
Hyderabad Police Commissioner M. Mahender Reddy said on Thursday that the final procession from Balapur of Old City to Tank Bund would be held on Tuesday.
The hyderabad police officers said that all most 10,000 Ganesh idols already immersed in Hussainsagar on monday. This is because some devotees have sentiment not to immerse Ganesh idol on Tuesday and are likely to do it a day in advance,” they said.
On the event of Ganesh immersion today, a Shobha Yatra has started from Balapur to Tankbund in Hyderabad with Khairatabad Ganesh as of now being set on an special vehicle around 4.30 AM on Tuesday.
Around 12,000 CC Cameras have been introduced all over enroute to Tankbund take the photos of the whole immersion process with ganesh devotes in extensive numbers swarming the place. Traffic limitations have been forced till 6 AM tomorrow.
Till now, 51 cranes have been introduced to do the immersion procedure of the Ganesh symbols while 27 cranes alone have been set at the Hussain Sagar. 25,000 police work force have been sent. More than 6000 icons are relied upon to be immersed at Tank Bund today.
