Numerous corporate hospitals and a system of private hospitals have ceased the Aarogya Sri benefits in Telangana, as a challenge to the non-installment of pending unfulfilled obligations by the state government. A system of corporate medical clinics and in excess of 240 private hospitals have chosen to the retain all the legislature including Aarogya Sri, EHS (Employees Health Scheme) and JHS (Journalists Health Scheme).
