In recent times the value of lands in towns and cities of Telangana has increased abnormally.
Therefore Registration and Stamps departments are now contemplating to increase the value of these lands as the government has not made any adjustment in the land value in the last three years. It is also contemplated that the government gets more revenue due to the enhancement of the land value.
