KCR’s Dream Fulfilled By Naidu

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s for some time esteemed dream to keep a 125 feet statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is as yet unfulfilled while his AP partner N Chandrababu Naidu is moving quickly towards building up a goliath statue of Ambedkar in Amaravathi. KCR first declared the establishment of Ambedkar statue at Secretariat premises in Hyderabad.
The TS government has effectively constituted a Cabinet Sub-Committee with Ministers.
The group has gone to China and Mizoram to examine the material to be utilized for the development of the statue. No advance however has been made toward this path yet.
Not long after KCR’s declaration, Naidu likewise took after the suit and reported to set up a statue at Amaravati. AP government is concluding the DPR (Detailed Project Report) and preparing to call tenders by August end.
