A divisional bench of the Hyderabad High Court suspended the sentence imposed by a single Judge on three IAS officers in TS for contempt of court.
Mr.A.Sharath district commissioner of marketing department, Mr. Raghnathan District Collector of RR district and Smt. T.K. Sridevi District Collector of Mahabubnagar filed petetions for stay on the execution of the sentence imposed by a single Judge.On Friday the bench of the High Court headed by acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale suspended all the sentences till further orders.
