Telangana’s one of the famous scheme is Aarogyasri Scheme which provides financial protection to families living below poverty line up to Rs. 2 lakhs in a year, in case they are suffering from serious ailments. The aarogyasri scheme includes the treatment and surgery cost required by these people.
It is going to benefit the poorer sections of the people immensely. Recently after the hospitals disregarded the Aarogyasri administrations from Dec 1, the Aarogyasri trust CEO P Manik Raj approached the authorities of Telangana Network Hospitals Association (TANHA) on Sunday and said that they will endorse Rs 150 crore as a between time alleviation and guaranteed to allow another Rs 150 crore before the finish of December.
Raj further guaranteed to settle the pending duty before the finish of the money related year. As for the move, all the 230 healing centers which boycotted the administrations have chosen to continue the Aarogyasri services .
All the 230 private hospitals and 70 open healing centers in Telangana which had tied up with the state government ceased the Aarogyasri services challenging Rs 1200 crore pending bills.
