SC rejected Revanth’s petition over loyalty

The Supreme Court has given shock to Telangana Telugu Desam Party by rejected its Working President Revanth Reddy’s petition over the T-TDP MLAs loyalty. Out of 15 MLAs who were elected on the TDP ticket, 12 MLAs have already joined the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi.

Thus, TRS is embarrassing the opposition parties in Telangana with the political scheme ‘Akarsh’. The leader of the congress party, MLA Sampath Kumar would teach the lesion to ruling TRS by filed implede petition in the Supreme Court.  Later on T-TDP working president Revanth Reddy also filed the same in Supreme Court.

However, the Supreme Court on Monday rejected Revanth’s petition stating that he did not have any locus stand at this stage. While, T-Congress leader Sampath’s petition is before the Supreme Court. The court postponed the hearing the petition to October-19 by issuing notices to the Speaker.
