Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao won’t have the chance to satisfy his desire of going by the Kanakadurga temple in Vijayawada this Dasara to present a nose ring in satisfaction of his promise.
K. Chandrasekhar Rao had asked for the temple to give him a chance to visit either on Mulanakshtram or Panchami or Dasami, however the Andhra Pradesh CMO supposedly guided the authorities to plan the visit after Dasara.
The authorities recommended other days and Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao properly put off his visit, it is learnt. On a prior event, he had asked at the temple and guaranteed to offer a nose ring to Goddess Kanakadurga if Telangana state was framed.
He has satisfied his pledge to Lord Venkateshwara at the Tirumala temple. The Andhra pradesh state government doesn’t appear to be so keen on the visit a few seconds ago as it hasn’t given a single rupee to the temple even in the wake of declaring that Dasara would be a state celebration.
The tradition is to give some financial guide to the temple if a celebration is declared as a state celebration. The Andhra Pradesh government hasn’t made any commitment while the temple authorities are spending Rs 14 crore for observing Dasara.
let’s wait and wheather Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will fullfill his promise by present nose ring to Kanakadurga temple in Vijayawada this Dasara or not .
