Telangana Rasthra Samithi president and Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is comprehended to have given a “parting gift” to previous union pastor M Venkaiah Naidu, who has been picked as NDA’s candidate for the Vice President post.
As per reports, under the directions from Telangana’s Chief minister K .Chandrashekar Rao, the Hyderabad Municipal Administration and Urban Development office issued orders exempting Swarna Bharati Trust having a place with Venkaiah’s daughter Deepa from paying different charges. Nonetheless, the request was not made open for the conspicuous reasons.
The land was obviously given to Venkaiah’s trust by one of Telangana’s Chief minister K .Chandrashekar Rao’s close friend and real estate at Muchintal town of Shamshabad area. Presently, the Telangana’s Chief minister K .Chandrashekar Rao’s government provided orders exempting installment of a sum of Rs 2.21 crore to HMDA towards developmental charges for total site zone, proportionate design charges, open space charges and compounding charges, for building in a degree of 36,143.5 square meters.
The trust needs to pay just Rs 26 lakh. Before giving the requests on June 20, Deepa engaged the Telangana government in March, asking for waiver of development charges for total site zone. Also, Telangana’s Chief minister K .Chandrashekar Rao by and by went by the area and stretched out all the help to the trust.
