Venkaiah Naidu : The Vice president have visited Khairatabad Ganesh

VP M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday morning prayers to Lord Ganesha at Khairatabad in Hyderabad. Venkaiah Naidu was invited by the Ganesha Utsava Mandali of Khairatabad and he offered help alongside priests to play out the puja.

The members of Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Committee, who welcomed the Vice President in Khairatabad, also made arrangements to hold special Puja and other rituals during his visit. He was accompanied by former Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya and other BJP leaders.

The Ganesh pandal at Khairatabad is popular among devotees. A huge idol of the elephant-headed God, which is more than 50 feet tall, has been installed at the pandal for worship.

Talking on the event, the Vice President said that he shared the unique commitment he has towards Khairatabad Ganesh including that it is an immense fulfillment for him to offer prayers subsequent to turning into the Vice President of India.
