The TS Wakf Board identified 26 properties in Hyderabad and its surroundings for development. According to the special secetery for the minorities welfare department, the board has sent proposals to the state government for six properities required for immediate attention in order to get more revenue for the board.
The TS governemnt approval is necessary for giving Wakf properties to private agencies for development. This is mandaatory as per the act. Though the officials had sent the proposals long back , the government has avoided the aproval in order to avoid unnecessary litigations. We remainded again the governement about the pending proposals.
