Caste war on Pavan Kalyan’s Producer Bandla Ganesh

A SC/ST Atrocities Case has been reserved against Producer Bandla Ganesh and his brother Siva Babu . Doctor Dileep Chandra have grounds and poultry at Boorgula in Farooqnagar Mandal, Shadnagar .

Tollywood top producer Bandla Ganesh have gone into a consent to finish the enlistment in the wake of clearing the pending loans on the property. As the obligation wasn’t paid up to this point, Bank Officials had seized Dr.Dileep Chandra’s territories and house.

Afterward, The property were sold through a bartering. To get the cash they should get, Dr.Dileep, his better half and Counselor Krishna Venu went to Ganesh Poultry Farm in Boorgula.

A warmed contention occurred between both the gatherings with respect to the money related issues. Following which, The Couple documented a SC/ST Atrocities body of evidence against Bandla Brothers.

Barely any weeks back, Bandla Ganesh was condemned for a half year in jail in a check bounce case identified with Jr NTR’s ‘Temper’ movie. Bandla Ganesh chose to move the upper court for a genuinely necessary alleviation .

He was sentenced in a cheque bounce case filed by scriptwriter Vakkantham Vamsi. However, Ganesh was given bail after he submitted personal bonds before the court.

Vakkantham Vamsi, who wrote the script of Temper starring Junior NTR and Kajal Agarwal approached the court after Ganesh, producer of the film, failed to pay his complete remuneration of Rs 26 lakh.

According to Deccan Chronicle, Ganesh had given post-dated cheques to Vamsi. However, all the cheques were dishonoured, forcing Vamsi to approach the court in 2015. A case was registered under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

During the court proceedings, Ganesh paid Rs 17 lakh. Ganesh, however, failed to honour the deadline given by the court, as Rs 9 lakh still had to be paid on the deadline.

He was sentenced six-month imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 15,86,550. He would be sentenced to an additional imprisonment of three months if he failed to pay the fine.
