The Celebration of versatile actor Mohan Babu’s 40 year journey in Telugu film industry was celebrated in grandeur in Visakhapatnam. Congress senior leader, Rajya Sabha MP, Dr. T. Subbirami Reddy organized the felicitation function to Mohan Babu on the eve of his birthday celebrations.
Tollywood celebrities like Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Sridevi, Jayapradha, Jayasudha, Daggubati Suresh, Nagababu and many other celebrities attended the falicitation programme. Dr T Subbarami Reddy felicitates artistes of the Telugu film industry on his 73rd birthday. He also awarded him a new title – “Navarasa Nata Tilakam” through his foundation Subbarami Reddy Kala Peetham. Addressing the felicitation event, actor-turned-filmmaker Mohan Babu turned emotional and said he missed the presence of legends like NTR, ANR and Ramanaidu. Recalling his struggles in the early days of his career, he narrated how his guru Dasari Narayana Rao supported him and he also praised Chiranjeevi. He thanked all his colleagues from the industry and fans for their support for four decades.
