The Income Tax officials are seized crucial documents. The I-T rides soared on Reddy’s offices in Bellary in the wake of huge celebrations in his daughter Brahmani’s marriage with Hyderabad-based industrialist Rajiv Reddy on November 16. It has been rumored that the glittering wedding ceremony at the sprawling Palace Grounds in Bangalore last Wednesday spent him around Rs500-550 crore.
However, The I-T raids were reportedly aimed at gathering information on the spending of the wedding. The IT officials have also conducted raids on service providers who provided and engaged in the wedding of Janardhan Reddy’s daughter in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
