Mr.Ch. Gopi and Hussain Valli died and B.Srinivas was seriously injured after they jumped fromthe third floor of a building while running away from a per dog at Lalitha nagar in Visakhapatnam. Gopi died on the spot with head injuries. Hussain died in the hospital.
A pet dog bit Gopi who had jumped to escape from the clutches of the dog. The workers earlier told Rambabu the owner to keep away the dog, but he ignored theilr plea, Rambabu is the president of the BC association and a relative of Mr. Ayyanna Pathrudu minister for Panchayatraj of AP. The SI said.”We are verifying all the facts to register the case. Experts stated that the dog owner was liable for the deaths.
