Chief Justice Thakur  and Justice N.V. Ramana have made sweeping comments on non implementation of Acts passed by the Parliament. As there is no instituition to see the implementation of the acts, the very purpose for which the Acts are inacted is defeated.

Some of the state governments refused to implement some acts passed by Parliament and President of India. The Central government simply  stands like a helpless spectator. Can this be tolerated  in the absence of inspection authority to be constituted. The case is postponed to 1st August 2016 for further hearing.
